How it Works

For smaller, discrete projects:

  • You will receive an estimate with the projected total.

  • We require a 50% deposit to begin every project. For estimates with a range, we require 50% of the range maximum.

  • At project completion, you will receive an invoice for the remaining balance. Payment in full is required before delivery.

  • If you have any questions, consult your invoice or contact us.

For larger, multi-phase projects:

  • You will receive a proposal with estimates for each project phase.

  • We require a 50% deposit to begin every phase. For estimates with a range, we require 50% of the range maximum.

  • At completion of each phase, you will receive an invoice for the remaining balance of that phase. Payment in full is required before delivery and before proceeding to the next phase.

  • If you have any questions, consult your invoice or contact us.
